As the coronavirus outbreak continues to spread, more and more people — especially the elderly, who are considered particularly vulnerable to infection — are turning to self-isolation in order to protect themselves.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is no exception. Well, no regular exception.

On Sunday night, the 72-year-old actor shared a Twitter video of himself at home, casually feeding carrots to his pet horse and donkey while talking about the importance of staying at home to avoid possible contraction of COVID-19, the official term for the disease caused by the virus.

"See the important thing is that you stay at home, because there's a curfew now," says Schwarzenegger, in reference to people over 65 being advised to self-isolate in California.

"We stay home, and we eat here," he continues, feeding a small carrot to his tiny horse, Whisky, alongside his donkey, Lulu. "Oh yes, that's yummy."

"Lulu loves carrots, Whisky loves carrots, I just had my little bit of vegan food," says Schwarzenegger. "See that's what we do, we don't go out, we don't go to restaurants, we don't do anything like that anymore here. We just eat with Whisky and with Lulu, we have a good time."

In fairness, they do appear to be having a lovely time:

This isn't the first time Schwarzenegger has shared coronavirus-related advice from his home recently, either.

A couple of days ago, he posted this hand-washing instructional video alongside his dog, Jerry.

Here's hoping there's more where that came from.
