Hilary Duff has some new ink to show off.
The actress posted a photo to Instagram on Tuesday of her latest tattoo of two black and white roses on her inner arm.

In Ellen interview, Duff explained why she chose to get several tattoos along her inner arms.
"When my arms are down, I look just like a 'normie,' and when my arms are out, I look like a badass," she told the host.
